Yes! Fishing is allowed for guests on the property only. Fishing is catch and release ONLY. No fishing license is required. No fishing on the boat dock or near the hot tub boats. Fishing is allowed between 6am-5pm due to the hot tub boat rentals.

A hot tug boat is a motorized floating, wood-fired hot tub! The boats were imported from the Netherlands, and Creekside is one of the few places in the U.S. that you can experience them. The boat seats 6 people comfortably and heats up to 105 degrees with a wood-fired oven. Boat rentals are exclusive to guests at Creekside Hideaway, and must be reserved in advance under the Hot Tugs tab. The boats are available only on specific days of the week, so be sure to check the calendar before booking your stay and your boat.

You must be at least 23 years old to rent our cabins

Due to the small square footage and narrow doorways of our tiny homes, our homes are unable to accommodate wheelchairs. Our community consists of nineteen tiny homes, that are all on raised foundations, therefore, require a staircase of around 4-6 steps to get up to the front door. Our cottages are very old, existing homes, that have been renovated with narrow doorways as well. We are considering building wheelchair accessible cabins in the future to accommodate all our guests needs.

For safety reasons, we do not allow fishing while inside the hot tub boats. You can fish the pond from the edge, catch and release only! The pond is naturally stocked with native bass, bluegill, and trout. No fishing from the hot tub boat dock please.

Unfortunately, swimming is not allowed in the pond.

We require a two-night minimum stay to rent our cabins.
